Seeking mutlifacited manager for high paced boutique in downtown Chatham.
This position is for a very outgoing and FRIENDLY spirited, self starting individual who can work directly with the public to create a positive & enjoyable shopping experience.
Duties will include managing and training a team of summer employees, organizing inventory, occasional buying trips, backroom inventory... plus hosting local fashion shows, creating tiktok and instagram reels ( marketing experience & some graphic design skills a plus!)
This position is for a year round human looking to build a happy thriving life on Cape Cod.
